This place f*cks up too much for us to keep coming here....3/4 of the time our mobile order is done incorrectly. Over it. How hard is it to follow an order off of a screen?Either those people do not know how to do their jobs (poor training), or they just don't GAF. It's bad, Panera. Real bad.

Excellent salad, "Green goddess." The preparation is consistent and fresh. The staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. The hot tea selection is also excellent, and there is no charge for refills, which is appreciated when sitting and doing some studying.

I haven't eaten at this location in 6 months because of getting rotten avacodo on my sandwich, hard stale bread or the wrong order all together. Tonite I received your stale hard white wheat bread for my sandwich again. You say your out of sourdough so I need to pick another and this is what I get?Here's a thought, for a $13 sandwich maybe take white wheat bread off too if it's stale! We will never come here again.
Placed order online. App indicated it was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was told over half of my order was out of stock. Unfortunately this is quite common for this location.
Great food but poor management of the drive thru. They have to spots to sit people who's food is taking to long but they do not use them. Drive thru backs up for a long long wait. Oh and then they forget half of my order. So lesson there check your food before you leave.

Don’t come between 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm if you have anywhere to be in the next hour. I sat in line for no joke a whole hour and 32 minutes.

I had the worst chicken Caesar salad ever it looked and tasted like it just came out of the freezer. Everything was cold and nasty and they charged me $16 for it. I would never recommend this place to anybody. It’s disgustingly awful. Rip off
