My last 2 visits have been very disappointing. A few days ago, I don't believe they even toasted my English muffin. And today, both my wife and I thought our burgers were old, as if they'd been sitting out for quite some time. They need to step up the quality of their food soon or I will take my business elsewhere.
It's been a long time since I've had such a good experience at McDonald's. They got our order 100% correct, french fries were hot and fresh, iced coffee was made right (not too sweet and full of milk like it usually is)... they even put ketchup packets in the happy meals without having to ask for them. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We will definitely be back!
