“It's been a long time since I've had such a good experience at McDonald's. They got our order 100% correct, french fries were hot and fresh, iced coffee was made right (not too sweet and full of milk like it usually is)... they even put ketchup packets in the happy meals without having to ask for them. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We will definitely be back!“

“If I was a high up in papa johns, I would promote the gm of this store. She was out sick the other day and a Gm from another store was filling in. Well he messed my order up terribly. And when I just seen this GM she handled it so professional she made everything correct times 10 I am very impressed with her professionalism with her willingness to make it right. She is definitely material to move way up on the totem pole and if you guys are reading this up high you should definitely promote her or give her a raise she's been the most professional every time I've ever had an interaction with her. “I want to tell everyone about how wonderful the employee at this chick fil a was. Winter went above and beyond for everyone in there. We came in for a quick meal and ended up getting the best service ever. She interacted with the children, she cleaned the table, she made sure we had condiments that we wanted, she was very attentive to all of our once and needs. From the moment we walked in everyone greeted us, helped us out, and I just really want to send a big shout out to the team at this Chick-fil-A and let management know that winter is absolutely amazing. My son had a awesome kids meal with the mac & cheese and the fried chicken nuggets and a Sprite while my daughter had an adult meal of a grilled chicken sandwich with pickles and the waffle fries with a Coke. And I had my favorite the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and of course, Chick-fil-A sauce on the side. “This location has THE best customer service. They delivered the food to table, one drink had some leak on lid and the associate took it back to clean it off!! Then My Dr. Pepper tasted watered down i was just letting them know, so they knew. an associate gave me a different drink but one of the other ones went in the back and actually fixed the machine. “I grabbed lunch here the other day and it was pretty good overall. The line moved fast and the staff were friendly without making a big deal out of it. My burger was hot and the fries were crispy, maybe a little salty but still tasty. The place looked clean enough and I found a table easy. Prices felt fair for what you get, nothing crazy. I wouldn’t say it changed my life lol, but if you’re hungry and want something quick this spot does the job nicely. I’ll probably come back when I’m in the area again.“

*Update* I initially gave this Chick-fil-A a 1 star review because I felt so negatively passionate about the corporation adopting more drive thru branches with no indoor seating. BUT… that was unfair to this franchise because the food and service were exceptional! They were handing out free lemonade samples in the heat of the day (even allowing my daughter to go back for more), and had such a welcoming spirit of joy and enthusiasm. So thank you for continuing to provide the highest quality service and excellent food!“

Since there are none within an hour of my location, I took advantage on a road trip heading north Florida.

I HAD to try the spaghetti.
I love hot dogs - I love banana ketchup - I love spaghetti! … but together? Uhhhh… you only live once, right? So I ordered it.
Was it good? Surprisingly, YES! Very. I get the hype.

Their chicken is crispy and juicy and with a spicy option I was all in.

Please open a location in Melbourne, FL. We have such a large filipino crowd here and everyone loves fried chicken.“

“Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant ! Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this location 10/10“

“Larry's made the mistake of shrinking the size of their sandwiches by trying to be sneaky and decreasing the width of their bread, as if we would not notice. They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference. We now call them pencil sandwiches. Sad.“
