This was my very first time trying Whataburger. My kids and I wanted to try the burger, ordered junior bacon steakhouse meal and 3 chicken strip. Ordering from drive thru was a breeze but when we go to the window after the cashier took my cash and gave our drink, it was a waiting game of 15 mins. They didn’t tell us it was going to be a wait, basically left us hanging. I've always been a firm believer that McDonald's and Burger King should team up and offer the Whopper and McDonald's fries in a combo-I think they secretly did and they named it Whataburger?

We love our Whataburger. We always use a coupon they give us for a free Whataburger on our next visit with the purchase of it medium drinking fries. We just witnessed Jay on his break a handicap man to the parking lot with his food. Talk about going above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be back
