“We visited this restaurant for a quick lunch. There was only 3 other customers there dining. You must place your order on a Kiosk. Because we were not familiar with the menu, we ended up getting a burger without a bun. The burger itself was ok. The prices will shock you. We paid $7.99 for a shake. Our total bill was $48.00 for 2 people! The staff is friendly. If this place got really busy, you may have to wait over 15 minutes for your order. The place is unique and I love that they offer Veggie burgers. I will go again since I know more about their menu.“

“Palm’s Fish Camp exceeded everyone in the group’s expectations. They welcome us, all 54 of us, with live music and good food. They accommodated for all of our needs including one of us with a horrible sea food allergy. Everything went so smoothly. We all had an amazing time. “This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had at any Shake Shack. Travis absolutely set the standard for what customer service should look like. He greeted everyone with a smile, was incredibly friendly, got our food out unbelievably fast, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. He wasn’t just doing his job, he genuinely cared that we had a great experience.

It’s rare to come across an employee who works this hard and makes customers feel this welcome. Travis was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond in every way. He made us feel like valued guests instead of just another order. Because of him, this wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience worth coming back for.

If a manager is reading this, Travis deserves to be recognized. Employees like him build customer loyalty and represent Shake Shack at the highest level. “I was the Hot Dog Hut today and can tell you the new Owners are delightful and completely remodeled, sparkly clean restaurant - with ice cold beer and great, reasonably priced and fresh food. Jeff and Jessie have kept the robust menu and enhanced the quality and freshness with more locally based suppliers. My favorite so far is the Hot Italian Sausage. If you like spicy hot dogs it won't disappoint. The mild is also good too! Stop by and enjoy a chat with the engaging new owners and great food!“

“We went on a spur of the moment trip last weekend and loved it so much we came back the next weekend! Isaiah at the front desk brings so much cheer and happiness to the place. He is truly a light and does his job amazingly. We love that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel so we never even have to leave (we have a 2 year old and 3 year old) they also have a cute cafe and the coffee and chicken biscuit is very good! The only thing I would say could be better is the valet service. We went on the 4th of July so we knew it would be extremely packed. Just wish we could Park ourselves and pay an overnight parking fee instead of having to wait 45-50 minutes to get someone to bring your car around.“

“We have this one coworker that's from Wisconsin and we always make jokes about how much he talks about Wisconsin and Wisconsin things. Well we finally went to this Culvers and it was an amazing experience. The ladies taking your order were very friendly, the place was very clean, and everything is well organized/runs smooth. “First-time visit and definitely not my last!
I stopped by John J.O.N. Smith’s Subs today for the first time and had a steak sub—and WOW. The bread was incredibly soft and flavorful, the steak and veggies were fresh, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just right. I added mayo to make it just the way I like it, which is easy to do since they give you control over your sauces.

What really stood out, besides the delicious food, was the service. The staff were fast, polite, and genuinely went above and beyond. The person making the sandwiches even came out to personally hand me my order—super thoughtful touch you don’t see often these days.

I had a 6-inch sub and thought it wouldn’t be enough… turns out it was more than satisfying. I almost ordered a 12-inch and I’m glad I didn’t—it was that filling. For the price I paid, the value was absolutely worth it. I’d choose this place over the big chain sub shops any day. They also have some outdoor seating to really enjoy the FL day as you have a meal.

Short version: the food is absolutely banging.
If you’re burned out on gas-station junk, microwave meals from the NEX, or whatever mystery calories you’re living on underway—do yourself a favor and hit the Burger Bus. Get the BBQ bacon cheddar burger, fries, and a tea. You won’t regret it.
