Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant !
