When we get a chance to really enjoy a great sub we always think of Firehouse. Always perfect. We have never been unhappy. New York Steamer and Hook and Ladder are the best.

Emily was super sweet and welcoming!!Dietary restrictions: They offer chicken meatball sub which is awesome for people who don’t eat pork and wanted a meatball sub.
Our server/register attendant was wonderful and gave our daughter a firehouse hat and was so welcoming! She truly loves her job and was very kind to our family. The food was delicious!Kid-friendliness: The hats are great!

The service was okay. They have updated their system so now there are a couple a kiosk for the customer to enter and pay for their orders.My online order was accurate.Parking: The parking lot is shared with a few other businesses. When First Watch is open, it is harder to find parking. At least their is a big parking lot for the strip mall so, you can park there.

There are new kiosks for ordering and paying.Memories greeted me and helped me through the new ordering system. Very nice! Also, rest of the staff was pleasant and plentiful. Thank you!
Very dirty location. The picture frames look as if they had never been wiped down the floor was terribly dirty and behind the counter look kind of sick and disgusting as well my food was prepared and it was okay. ???

Does anybody else think the kiosks suck? When a customer comes into your establishment, they deserve customer service, that's half of the reason they continue to come back. Hopefully the other half is the good food you you serve to the customers. If people want to place online order for convenience, then they can do it from outside the location. If customers come inside your establishment you should at least give them the courtesy of serving them in person. Please get rid of these kiosks!

Well I guess the economy has finally hit firehouse. You can’t talk to anyone to order food. You must use their kiosk. If you have any coupons good luck. They take a long time to make the food. They need to hire more people. Bathroom wasn’t working. Tables could have been cleaner.
