Oliver was very helpful and very respectful gentleman.
Oliver was a great host. Recommend this store to everyone.
Melissa was very helpful and friendly. The Thanksgiving sub was good. The stuffing was a little bit too moist, but a great flavor. The kitchen area needed to be cleaned. The floor looked dangerously wet. The french fries are DELICIOUS! All in all, a good experience.

Firehouse Subs Durbin offers tasty subs made with fresh ingredients, including the popular New York Steam variety. The food is generally good and fresh, although some subs may arrive soggy due to excess vinaigrette or meat juices. While the brownies have been noted as undercooked in the middle, this may appeal to some customers. App ordering is convenient, especially when promotions like 50% off are available, making transactions easy. However, there have been instances of incorrect orders, suggesting that staff should pay closer attention to tickets during preparation. The restaurant is clean and organized, but it can feel a little small for those looking to sit down and eat. Staff could be more welcoming, but service is generally efficient and the team has been known to go above and beyond to accommodate customers.
