“Placed an order for LGS via Uber Eats this evening, as I am working from home. Order items arrived speedily and packaged with care. Was VERY satisfied with my go-to turkey sandwich, which to note, was perfectly toasted and loaded with fresh toppings. Pricing is excellent, to boot. Very satisfied with my experience and happy to have LGS around the corner!“

I ordered a steak, egg and cheese in a sack. It’s hefty and super hot.
I would suggest they put up a sign letting you know where to order and where to pay since the layout and format is a little different than their old location.
What are the few fast breakfast spots on Philips, a classic!“

“Stopped here today to grab some subs on the way to the beach. Dre did an excellent job building our sandwiches and taking care to wrap the footlong separately for our kids. I appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. He looked to be the only one working but he didn’t rush our order as more people came in behind us.“

“I like ordering at kiosks. I can be much quicker that way. Attendant was very attentive and noticed I grabbed too small a cup. Appreciated it more when I didn't have to get up for a refill. And of course the food came out promptly and tasted perfect.“

“At subway; we use our personal phones to print out all of our labels for our food with dates and times. I apologize if you thought I was on my phone and ignoring you and I’m also sorry your wrap fell apart. I had been working already for 10hours that day and needed to prep a few things before I left…please come back and I’ll make you a wrap on the house to make up for it.“

“I miss their big stores when they first came to Jax Fl. Now the remaining ones are so small, especially this location that the line to pickup the sandwiches butts right in front of the people sitting to eat. So the Atmosphere is less than appealing. While the sandwiches put even a PubSub to shame, the sizing is a bit, no very ridiculous. You have a choice of an itty bitty for the price of of double the length, medium (bread is thinner than most so not filling as a at other sandwich shops due to width is much smaller roughly 3” wide than competitors as well as thickness less than 2” and the your only other option is this ginormous sandwich that inevitably will go bad waiting to finish it if you have any olive oil, red wine vinegar, or other juicy things like pickles, jalapeños or peppers, or extra Mayo/mustard. They REALLY need to rethink the sizing and pricing options. I get the MEDIUM gets them $7.99+ or more depending sandwiches selection, but it’s not filling. Then the next size up GIANT which the cheapest your getting is $14.98+ again depending on your sandwich choice. It is just TOO much, food, cost, and not enough with again same 2” tall but claiming 16” long, and about 3 1/2” wide, which wastes food, costs more to get full but paying A LOT to have a great sandwich, but ultimately won’t be finished. HOW ABOUT ADDING A 12” so people can still have your delicious sandwiches, be able to be full, not have to waste money and food in order to obtain being full.“

“I am new to Jersey Mike's, and the Subs are great. But the staff needs focus a little more on the customers and a little less on their private conversations (I was in around 7 pm on the 14th). While pleasant and polite, they were unfocused. I ordered a Giant from one employee, it was made by another and rung up by a third. Instead of getting a Giant, I got a regular. They immediately made a second regular. But paying for 2 regulars is more than the 1 Giant I had ordered. I should not have had to pay 20% more to correct their mistake!“

“Staff at this store is phenomenal. Had an issue with my delivery order via the Subway app. Totally not the Subway stores fault. That lies with the third party delivery service. As soon as I called to inform I had been given the wrong order, they made it right. Specifically, Ray and John. Ray reached out to the store manager and they gladly replaced my full order with no issues. Went into the store today to pick up my replacement order and John was the most pleasant person. Now mind you, he was working solo and he had a line out the door plus delivery orders but he made every order with a smile. Thank you Subway, I finally got my churo and subs and they were yummy!“

“Food is generally good here although too frequently orders are made incorrectly. Too often, I've ordered 1 sandwich amd gotten another. Staff should read the tickets when preparing orders and managers should ensure proper training is given before staff begins to make sandwiches. Otherwise, place is generally clean although a little small if you're looking to sit down and eat.“
