“Do you remember what good customer service is like? Well these folks certainly do. I placed an online order and this is not the usual firehouse that we go to. Somehow the app changed it to the location we normally go to. I go in and ask about my order. In the manager told me they didn't have an order for me. Then we looked at my device and he realized what had happened. Instead of making me go to the location where I had placed my order. He simply made my order and handed it to me. It really makes it to where I want to make this our favorite location now.“

“With few bad reviews I was reluctant to drive to a gas station Subway, but had no choice. So, took a chance and I was not disappointed.The workers were friendly and helpful and readily giving suggestions on my inquiries.Place was clean, sub was ready as expected and tasted good. There is even outdoor seating area.“

“This was my 2nd time ordering from here but this 2nd time was extra special because I had a rough day and was just leaving the pediatrician with my infant whom had a fever of 103.8. I called the store abs got Steve on the phone and he was so nice and helpful when I asked if he could bring my order to the door. “Always friendly, hometown folks who are professional and casual. Great for a patty melt, a chef salad, and some crispy crinkle fries with house made ranch.It’s not fancy, nor should it be. It is fast, consistent, reasonably priced, and very busy at lunch. Food is always piping hot and well seasoned, too.Check it out!“

“It was my first visit to this restaurant today and I was greeted warmly by the staff. I'm glad that I stopped by! I ordered a chicken philly and the food was very tasty, hot and fresh. I will definitely be back to try other menu items! Also they have a Self serve fountain drink area which I appreciate ?“

“Atmosphere is clean but cluttered, however, there is outdoor seating which is nice in cooler weather. The prices are a bit high but the sandwiches do have a good amount of meat. Service was quick when not crowded. They have Pepsi products with very limited diet drinks.“

“Placed an order for LGS via Uber Eats this evening, as I am working from home. Order items arrived speedily and packaged with care. Was VERY satisfied with my go-to turkey sandwich, which to note, was perfectly toasted and loaded with fresh toppings. Pricing is excellent, to boot. Very satisfied with my experience and happy to have LGS around the corner!“

“At subway; we use our personal phones to print out all of our labels for our food with dates and times. I apologize if you thought I was on my phone and ignoring you and I’m also sorry your wrap fell apart. I had been working already for 10hours that day and needed to prep a few things before I left…please come back and I’ll make you a wrap on the house to make up for it.“

“Jersey Mike's has the best subs out of any of the sub shops. The bread is freshly baked, and the meats are sliced to order. There are a variety of subs to choose from, with individual toppings to choose. My favorite is the Italian. They also have a rewards program to accumulate points for free subs. The service is really fast.“

“My wife and I get a sub every other Sunday. They make a great Spicy Italian however they started offering hot subs and when my wife clicked reorder on her mobile app I ended up with a hot spicy Italian which changes the taste a bit. I called the store and they offered me a new one without any hassle at all... the employees have always been very polite and courteous and that's why I'll use this store over others (or firehouse).“

“This is my favorite firehouse subs location. Not the most accessible parking lot, but the food, service, and atmosphere more than make up for it. The wait is never too long, the workers are always very friendly and seem to be in good spirits, and the food it as good as it can get for firehouse subs.Thanks firehouse crew!“

“Our family does order-a-head pickup which is very easy and convenient. They have a pickup rack at the front that you see right when you walk in. They also have a sign to tell you here's your order - chips and desserts in the bag. Help yourself to your drink. There's cups above the rack that you grab and go fill your drink. Of course, everything on the menu is great! I love their tuna which is made with everything, as well as, their meatball sub.“
