The Subway at San Jose is by far the best in Jacksonville. Mat is unmatched in drive, personal responsibility, and genuine humanity. I’ve been to more subways than I can count and my consistent issue is workers who can’t find a way to enjoy themselves, make terrible sandwiches, and are blatantly apathetic to the way they make my food. Store was very clean and neat. The server was friendly and helpful. My first time at this location but not my last.Vegetarian options: Just get all the veggies and leave off the meat.
