“We stopped by during a road trip on a Sunday night 6/7/15. There was only one person working and my family plus 3 other people all showed up at the same time. The guy working did an excellent job of taking care of all of us having to make multiple sandwiches. They were out of some items, but that wasn't his fault. He did every thing he could to serve everyone in a timely manner. As we were eating several more people came in. I did feel bad for the guy that he was stuck there by himself.“

“OK, so, this one is great for a gas station, but kind of dumpy for a Pilot. Restrooms are clean, food area is clean, all is well. But, the whole layout, size, and options are kind of like a clean regular gas station and not uppity like most Pilots. It's smaller, and has only 5 or 6 options on the soda fountain as opposed to a Coke Freestyle machine or something. And that's abt the whole vibes. Stopped here to take a 3 year old to the restroom and get some food for him. Restrooms were clean, or at least one of two stalls was clean and it looked like they got checked on the regular. Cashier was great with knowing what hot food cost (corn dogs were on sale that week), and scanning the Pilot app fast for some coupons. With coupons on the app, I left with 2 corn dogs and a pair of sunglasses for 5 dollars plus tax, which is less than it would cost at a WalMart, and with getting a bathroom break for the kids, so of course I'm pleased with the whole experience. As of today, in 2019, this location has a Subway in it for food. Also a decent selection of basics, like cell phone chargers and hot food snacks like you'd expect, so good for getting basics while on the road. Kind of small, but has the basics.“
“UPDATE: 01-12-24: This Firehouse Subs is usually great. Today it was even better. The subs were made just like we wanted them and tasted wonderful!! The soup and chili were great too!! AND, the people working there are still very friendly!!2019:This Firehouse Subs has been great everytime I've been there. Friendly people, my order has ALWAYS been correct, and even though it takes time to fix the food, it's not as long as some other stores. I had a large order yesterday and all of them were correct. I used the app to order them. I like the app. It's easy to use and the food is usually ready right on time.Parking: Parking is easy!“
