“Not the fastest, a little understaffed, and the bread isn't actual bread, it's pretty much savory cake, but I enjoy sandwiches, and I've never eaten one I haven't liked, but yet again, I've never had a vegemite sandwich. Employees can be rude or annoying, but they gotta make upwards of 200 subs a day, so it's understandable.Vegetarian options: Being a place for sandwiches, meatless subs are common and can actually taste really good. With sub places existing, it wouldn't be that hard to be vegetarian, or just be vegetarian for a week or two.“

“This Larry’s location never disappoints! The quality of food is consistently great! I bounce between subs, salads, reubens, etc. and always delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The leadership and staff are exceptional people and it makes for a really great experience. My young daughter loves getting her kids sub and cookie combo. The employees greet her by name and usually offer a coloring sheet and crayons. She loves going there! The ownership at Larry’s in Fernandina is doing it right!“

“I got the club bowl, had quite a bit of meat. Husband ordered for me while I stayed in the car so my ingredients were limited which was fine. He went back in and asked if she would add black olives and vinegar and oil. He said she was very nice. The best I've ever had at a Subway I think.2pm, Thurs Aug 31.There were 5! staff members working together like a well rehearsed team.1 was getting the bread and meat,Next was; cheese & rotating subs in and out of the 2 ovens.Next was; veggiesNext; Sauce and quality checkFinally the register (and up-seller).Not a single person was standing still.There were about 12 customers in line when I walked in, but I was only in line for less than 3 minutes. -No joke.- 3 minutes. From walking in, to sub in my hand.Everyone (staff) was pleasant, the store clean, and the food good.I'm very impressed. All subways could learn from this group of individuals here today! The cost is about $8.50 per sandwich. I like the Italian without ham and light spread. The bread is my favorite part and a treat on a travel day.The staff are friendly and work hard. “I visited here for dinner on 12/05. I ordered a sub without cheese and I arrived home and the sun had cheese. I called the restaurant to inform them that I was on my way back to have my order corrected, and I was upset. When I arrived back to the restaurant, my order has been corrected and refunded, and I was given coupons for next time. I appreciate the guys that were working the evening of 12/05. I was upset in the moment but they went above and beyond to make it right and I appreciate it.“
