Service was slow due to 3 planes being diverted from Orlando. My sandwich was not ready by the time I had to board again. Please donate it to someone who does not have a meal tonight so they don’t go hungry. Thank you.
These are the most unfriendly and miserable people. And they had the audacity to request a tip, to which I obliged for fear of them contaminating my meal. 🤨😒
So we arrived at the airport at JAX, walked up to Firehouse at 748 pm. Lights on. 3 employees present. The girl told us they were closing, I said The site says you are open till 9 pm. She proceeded to say, no we are closing. This was unacceptable. People are waiting for flights and hungry, I can see if the web site said they were closed, . Very sad. Maybe they had a hot date to get too on a Friday night
