“I have been coming here for a while. Staff is very friendly and does a great job. Some of the employees (one guy in particular) thinks I always get my order confused. He and others have made mistakes their too taking my order…but they would always blame it on me. This guy I think his name is Ken refuses to ever take my order which doesn’t hurt my feelings at all. With this kind of attitude working in the restaurant business…he does not deserve a promotion. A employee there that is very nice and courteous is Kevin. He really shows a lot of respect and this is how a person should act working with people as a cashier. I know this from experience. Chick-fil-A is a phenomenal restaurant!“

“I placed an online order for a large pizza. When I arrived at the location the pizza was not correct. Emily and the rest of the team members at this location were exceptionally helpful and made a new pizza immediately that was correct. We will be returning to this location in the future.“

“Mmmmmmmm. The food is great in my opinion. I always get the steak and super greens, and then mix up the other things I get from the menu. The one in Fernandina Beach has very nice folks working there. The last time I went, there was a problem and I got it to go so I couldn’t resolve it, but I called. They were extremely apologetic and promised to resolve the issue by giving me another entrée for free, next time I come !“

“This is our favorite sandwich shop. It's right outside our neighborhood, and we go about once a week. I like the creative, interesting sandwich options like the Hook and Ladder, the Engineer, and the Jamaican Jerk Turkey, which is my favorite. The bread is super fresh and the sandwiches are chocked full of ingredients. Counter service is fine with friendly, efficient staff. Food usually arrives quickly. The fries are also excellent, always made to order and piping hot.

Prices are a little high as with fries and a drink, it's in the $10-$20 per person category, but I've learned this is fairly typical at Wildlight places. We usually split a sandwich so it's not a big deal to us.
