“The baristas were very nice, I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch, I only had a dollar after that, but I asked how much a cake pop was and I didn’t have enough but then when I was starting to leave, the barista asked if I still wanted the cake pop and I said I didn’t have enough and she covered it. Very nice workers, I didn’t manage to get her name but, very nice.“
“I come to Starbucks often as they are one of the only places that is actually consistent in how they make their coffee. I typically order online and just come in and pick my coffee up. This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Even during the busy times they are very professional and work like a well-oiled machine. Starbucks definitely beats Dunkin' donuts for quality. If you really need coffee I would suggest coming here. The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and even the parking lot area was clean.“

Long story short, The manager on duty was of little to no help but the associate working, Michael, went above and beyond to rectify the issue so that my daughter could have her birthday cake for her party. “I have been going to this location for years! They always treat me so nice , service with a smile and they always know my order but still always ask me if I would like anything else. They always assure that I still want the same flavor as always. This is by far my favorite Dunkin. Literally when I use to go out of town to other Dunkin’s before I leave , I had to ask this location Dunkin how they make my coffee so when I go to other Dunkin’s it still tastes the same cause honestly they just always make my coffee so perfectly I never bothered to ask until I was at another location out of town and all I know was butter pecan flavor, no cream and whip cream instead. They were like how many pumps of butter pecan I had no idea! Lol just wanted to give this location Dunkin a GREAT review! “This location seems to always struggle with being short-staffed. I have been through the drive-through twice recently and both times an incredible young man was leading this McDonald's team. I noticed this young man was taking the orders on the headset, taking the money, and helping prepare the orders. He was so kind, cheerful, prompt, cool-headed, able, and a good leader. Service was fast, and the food was fresh and hot!! I had to ask him his name. His name is Quinten. I hope they pay him well. He is making a big impact at this location!“

Staff is very polite and professional.
