RANT!!!!! To the yulee starbucks employee with the dark curly hair who was rude for absolutely no reason maybe know the story next time. I had just realized i forgot my card at home and placed it in the drive thru line via my app because i had not reached the speaker to place my order so i thought i would be quicker. I would not recommend this store after my experience yesterday and would like to hear from this store manager on a refund.
I placed an order through the app to pickup. I arrive and the drive thru is at least 10 cars deep. No problem I’ll just run inside and grab my $20 order. NOPE. the inside is closed with a sign on the door. The phone just rings busy and by this point the drive thru line is now even longer.
