Very quiet inside. The drive thru will be congested at peak hours. But the inside is generally very quiet.
Workers are considerate and kind and doing their best, they didn't have an item to complete my Dubai Sunday (and looks like this location in particular had communication issues on how to execute the limited time event) but was understanding and performed great under the circumstances and made sure I was served with great care even though I reassured they were completely ok and they didn't have to be stressed over my order.
I ordered a cake online and at pickup it was wrong. Long story short, The manager on duty was of little to no help but the associate working, Michael, went above and beyond to rectify the issue so that my daughter could have her birthday cake for her party. They were understanding, super nice and professional throughout even though they were also helping other customers. And the cake was delicious. Thank you Micheal for taking the extra step!

They have successfully catered to dietary restrictions such as artificial dye-free and egg-free requirements. Their ice cream cakes, including the strawberry ice cream cake, are delicious and can be customized to meet specific needs. The staff takes the time to ensure that customers' requests are met, even on short notice. Overall, Baskin-Robbins provides a positive experience, and their staff are super nice, understanding, and professional.
