This week my daughter turned five and her one request was a strawberry ice cream cake. We are an artificial dye free family, so I went to Baskin Robbins because their ice cream is numbered dye free as of 2019.The lovely cake decorator, Amber, spent loads of time with me checking ingredients on all her products. My sons 2nd birthday was today and he has an egg allergy. I was having trouble figuring out what to do about his cake since most contain eggs and vegan cakes are hard to find. We decided to try an ice cream cake but most places still use cake with their ice cream cakes. I called Baskin Robbins and Amaya helped me out. I ordered a cake online and at pickup it was wrong. Long story short, The manager on duty was of little to no help but the associate working, Michael, went above and beyond to rectify the issue so that my daughter could have her birthday cake for her party. They were understanding, super nice and professional throughout even though they were also helping other customers. And the cake was delicious. Thank you Micheal for taking the extra step!
