Dunkin' is a well-liked coffee and doughnut shop that consistently provides quality products and good customer service. The iced coffee is delicious, and many customers appreciate the staff's ability to remember their regular orders. The doughnuts are always fresh, and the team works hard to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, including pets. Some reviews mention mixed experiences with staff; while many employees are praised for their great service, there are a few who have received criticism for their attitude and drink preparation skills. One customer shared a positive moment when a staff member congratulated their sister on her graduation, which made her feel special. However, there are also reports of incorrect orders and issues with specific employees, leading some to feel disappointed. Despite these challenges, loyal customers continue to enjoy their visits, often highlighting the good service from certain team members, making this Dunkin' location a favorite for many.
