“Went through a little while ago. I had never had Wing Maxx before, so my expectations weren't very high. Unfortunately the service was outstanding!!!! The young man who took my order was polite and friendly, which is rare around here. The wings and sides I received tasted wonderful. After this experience I have to say Wing Maxx is the superior chicken joint in the area. It will be extremely hard to top this experience the next time I go back to get wings!!“

“Such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and polite from the moment we walked in. It’s so refreshing to go into a restaurant and actually be greeted with a smile. The food tasted fresh, and the fries came out hot and delicious. You can tell they care about both the food and the customer experience.“

“Ordered on the app for the 6.99 meal deal. Food was made to order and ready when we arrived. The subs tasted great, made exactly as requested. However, the chocolate cookies tasted like the raspberry cheesecake cookies and were horrible. The dining area was a mess with dirty tables and food on the floor.

“I would like to address a very disappointing customer service experience. There was a young African woman dressed in gray attire working during my visit who displayed an extremely unpleasant attitude toward customers. What stood out the most was how she treated a gentleman who stated he comes there every night as a loyal repeat customer. Despite his regular support, she responded to him with disrespect and unnecessary attitude.
Customer service should reflect professionalism, patience, and respect toward every customer, especially those who continuously support the business. A negative attitude can quickly affect the atmosphere and overall experience for everyone present.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides additional customer service training so customers feel welcomed and appreciated rather than uncomfortable or disrespected.“

“Drive up window was difficult to get to... as I was traveling I had to put the chicken bucket I ordered just in the car for about an hour so when I finally got to it it was all soggy I wish somehow it could have still been crispy but I guess the steam from being hot made it all soggy.“
