Chick-fil-A Kingsland was fast and efficient when we visited with 50+ middle schoolers coming home from a field trip. They were able to take our student orders efficiently and deliver the food quickly so that we could get back on the road. We are so thankful for them and their amazing service.
Recently you changed the drive thru and it is not working. Please get rid of the mobile app line and go back to two lines. The line backs up and gets into traffic and it is an accident waiting to happen. Also, staff has to spend more time in the sun and more chance of heat exhaustion.
Doordasher here.. can you please stop waiting until exactly 10:30 to start getting lunch items ready? I was a restaurant manager in qsr for over 20 years the way it's supposed to be done is dropping product five maybe 10 minutes before you start serving lunch so that you can have it available when lunch begins. I've also noticed that you don't seem to have the bulk of your team members who are going to be working the lunch shift on the clock until right at 11:00 or a little after....read full review
