“I, for some weird reason, always end up at zaxbys. I happen to get the #2 5 finger plate double fries and go big mainly for the large drink. I got the fingers sauced in nuclear and ranch to dip it in. Probably the only thing I get from here on out.“

“I make 2-3 trips a week to this location and couldn’t be happier with the service that Jessica gives. Always greeted with a smile and a good conversation while she prepares my food. Whenever she is working things always get done quickly and I can be in and out in 10 minutes even if there’s 6 or 7 people in line. Always love the welcome feeling I get at this location.“

“We went twice. The first time our experience with the woman who took our order was not nice. She was not friendly and did not have a good Custer service actitud. Having a cleaning environment is really important and she was with her long hair on her face. Took money and at the same time manipulated food. The second time was so different. The woman who was there was so kind and nice. Our order was ready in short time. Having a good customer service is so important.“

Instead, I had the door held open & welcomed in, with smiles on all team members faces. “Traveling through Thursday am, and the lady who helped me (Employee: CKE support) was amazing! I could see and feel her caring soul. If only more people in this world were like her! She went out of her way to help guide me with my order, for I hadn't been to Hardee's for breakfast in over 20yrs...but will now make it my go to fast food spot. “First time going. Went with friends from church. The selection is tricky, it's like a Subway or Moe's for pizza but you only get one type of crust unless you order the gluten free. Fresh toppings but was near as flavorful as hoped. Service was fast but to me wasn't worth the money we paid. We'll try again just to make sure it wasn't a one time choice experience.
I'm reading over the choices below and didn't know half that stuff was available...need to try again later.
