I love Dairy Queen!!!!!!!
I recently had a small issue on my food Not sure who the manager was at 1:30 on January 19th but she was on top of it. When I called to let them know about the issue she asked that I return the food and she would have my food hot and waiting for me immediately. It's super hard to find a place much less an individual in management that cares that much and takes responsibility. Hat off to you Ma'am!!!!
I've always receive the best service at DQ they sometimes can get swamped, but they come through, I like the ability to recover from a rush hour moment.
