I really don't know how this location has a lower score. This is one of the better Chipotles in Duval. Lucky for us in the north beache areas to have them and so far have not had a bad experience with food portions, taste and quality and we've been many times as we are regulars that order through the app. I've noticed many of the low scores are situations that could have been avoided or resolved if they simply just spoke with management or to a worker. Best Chipotle I have been to. The quality of the food is usually high, even at later hours when other locations seem to struggle. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. The manager, Miguel, really takes this place to the next level. He is always very friendly and seems like a great leader... also wraps a great burrito. Chipotle Mexican Grill is described as a solid Chipotle and one of the better locations. The food portions, taste, and quality are consistent, and the chicken bowls were delish with freshly cooked chicken and fajita veg. The burrito is the best some have had in years. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful. Even when short staffed or when a bus full of 25 arrived around 9:30, the team got all hands on deck and served everyone quickly. The manager takes the place to the next level, is friendly, a great leader, and wraps a great burrito. The quality of the food is usually high, even at later hours. Customers eat there regularly, order through the app, and will continue to return. The service makes Chipotle the choice over other fast food alternatives. There is outdoor seating as well.
