Shake machine always out of order! Place is very clean BUT VERY COLD! Breakfast same old same old! Seeing less and less seniors during breakfast which tells me the old ones are dieing off with the replacements looking elsewhere due to stale menu and cold temps..Menu needs oatmeal back and yogurt (quality product not the one they had years ago.My first McDonald's meal was in 1957 Baltimore, Md. Corner of Cold Spring Lane and Reisterstown Rd. Turning 84 in May....you may loose me too if you keep serving the same old stuff....

If I could give it a zero, I would. Person taking my order was an absolute jerk. Incredibly terrible attitude . Food was turned, upside down and thrown in the bag. Cheeseburgers were so loaded with onions they were almost in edible . Ketchup and mustard all over the outside of the bun . The chicken McNuggets were still frozen and stuck together. We would never come back to this location .Ordered two cheeseburgers, Small fry, Two medium cokes, one Six piece chicken McNugget.4:30 PM January 19, 2024. No receipt was given to us.

The Manager Louis at the McDonalds on AIA next to Ace Hardware in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. told me off today. What provoked him was I told him they were supposed to put a cherry on the whipped cream on my milkshake. He angrily responded I didn't know what I was talking about. Of course from his vaulted position as a McDonald's manager I guess he felt he could disparage a customer especially a female customer and tell me I didn't know what I was talking about.. Women always enjoy a man telling them they don't know what they are talking about,--- probably more than men do. Sic!!!! Where do they get these male managers at McDonald's? Do you ever see McDonalds promoting many women into manager positions.? . After centuries of being treated special because they are men and being able to disparage and treat women like they want to, should we be surprised that these male managers at McDonald find it hard to be respectful to female customers.
Lobby was closed (why?) so got back in my car went through the Drive-thru for the McRib Sandwich and they’re OUT.Just go ahead and close this location!

They served Soured Tea this am . Went back thru to get another Tea which they gave me another and it was soured. Well the girl got upset that I said the new tea was also soured. I said it’s not worth saving leftover tea because if old tea is added to it the new tea it will be ruined too. I guess she went and said something to a manage and there was another girl standing there looking at me. I said it’s okay just give me a coke instead . She said can you pull up . Please all she had to do is get the coke . I wasn’t going to pull up . She was standing doing nothing anyway . The girls has always been so polite . This new one that was there in the Orange and White Uniform with Long Dark hair was extremely rude. I let them keep their Coke . Not much English but you can be polite if you can’t understand . All you have to do is smile. It’s McDonalds Tea not hers.

The best McDonald's I have been too. They had a lemonade/tea option that I haven't had at other locations. It was amazing! The best McDouble I had ever had. The burgers had seasoning on them. They seemed a little fluffier instead of that smashed cheapest burger we have feel. It was a very clean location, just kind of tucked away.
Bagel steak sandwich was great.
