“I got there at 1pm on a Tuesday, I was seated within 2 minutes. Hot chips and salsa came out about 2 minutes ago. I ordered the taquitos and Wear Coast burrito, which came maybe 10 minutes later. That's hella fast for me and I appreciate that.

The fries were fresh, crisp and the jalapenos/onions were a nice flavor. Through the first bite to the last bite of the burrito, it brought memories of a younger me in San Diego discovering the secret of adding fries to it.

I overestimated the size of my stomach and I could only eat one taquito before I had to tap out. But the cooks in the back did not skimp out the chicken, each one was 1/4 size of a redbull can. Whoever was back there today was in a flow state, thank you for cooking.

Shout out to Jordan the waitress. She was the reason everything flowed smoothly from the time I was seated. Jordan gave me a few minutes to look at the menu before checking in and then she quickly had my order placed. I didn't have to ask for refills and she checked in at the perfect pace. Her professionalism and effort was clear to see.“

Wish the tables would have been cleaner/cleared, but other than that was very happy and will definitely be back. My husband my husband likes the Tex-Mex on the hotter side. We all received a delicious meal just the way we liked it! “After disappointing switching from one Mexican dive to another in the area, we finally found an authentic family-owned Mexican restaurant that didn't cut corners to increase profit. Our biggest let-down was when we ordered Chile-rellenos at a competitor's and got a ' thin slice' of poblano covered with Velveta cheese. We've been with Rosy's since they opened and was so happy we found authenticity with quality that is not masked behind gaudy chain-restaurant decor. They are like family! Always wanting to please with a smile, they ask if you are satisfied and mean it. They have a large loyal following. Everyone who's eaten there say the same thing; they're the best. You won't be disappointed.“

“This feels like an authentic Mexican cantina with nice simple Mexican folk music overhead not a full blown mariachi band. Everything seemed clean although I didn't try the bathroom. The service was swift, gracious and attentive. The flavors were somewhat subdued, and oddly the plates were not very hot. The cheese not quite melted and the refried beans tasted just a little burnt. I thought at first maybe they were made over a campfire, but no. The cost was very reasonable and servings were gracious.“
