Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular restaurant known for quick and tasty food. The staff is generally friendly and works hard, even during busy times or late hours. Customers appreciate the fast service, especially through the drive-thru, which is available later for those coming off the highway or needing a quick meal. The food is often considered great, with good chicken and fresh ingredients. However, service can sometimes be inconsistent; some customers mention missing items or orders that are not exactly as expected. There are occasional issues like incorrect pricing or incomplete orders, but these are usually forgiven due to the overall positive experience. A small act of kindness, like making chocolate milk for kids when they were out, stood out and left a good impression. While service quality varies, many customers leave satisfied, especially praising the staff’s effort and the food’s quality. Overall, Zaxby’s is seen as a convenient, tasty option with friendly staff and good food.
