“My husband and I do not frequent fast food very often, but of the all the fast food places we have been to in Palatka, this establishment is by far the best one. The food was good, everything was clean (and the restroom!), and the staff was polite and friendly. Our whole experience was just really nice and we will definitely come back to eat here again.“
“I've been walking up to the window of Dairy Queens since I was a child, and it's nice to still have a real one to still visit. I just go there for ice cream desserts, so I can not speak for the rest of their food. The staff is pretty fast, and that's certainly a plus also. Good ice cream treats and nostalgia- great stuff!“
“Love the chicken salad and the tenders!! I mean everything is AMAZING there but the tenders and chicken salad is the BEST and the fried cheese balls are like sooo good with red sauce and so are the bbq boneless wings with ranch!! Fries are super seasoned and salty but ranch calms it down, no complaints workers are pretty fast and efficient“
“We were just passing through on our way back home to Gainesville from Daytona Beach, and decided to stop in for a healthier alternative to fast food on the way home.How nice to not only be greeted by John, but along with being courteous, attentive, and obviously knowing his product, he had a great sense of humor! ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE workers can learn something from this man. Unfortunately, he only works at this SUBWAY location on the weekends. He deserves kudos and pRAISE! “Me and my family visited Pizza Hut in Palatka Florida after church on Sunday service and we expected it to be very busy and have to wait on our pizza our wings and our cheese bread however we had our food in less than 20 minutes and a customer service there was excellent they were friendly very helpful and made sure we were totally happy with our meal and got exactly what we ordered before we started eating I recommend Pizza Hut in Palatka to everybody“
“There was no line around 7pm and was greeted immediately. Alexis is awesome at describing ingredients in the sandwiches and offering new choices. The Nashville chicken sandwich was great, on point and ?!!! Dude who took my order was awesome as well with helping us decide our meals. I will be returning to see more great customer service and fresh made food!!!“
