“We were traveling out of town and came across this location on our way home. We had a decent size order and our dog in the hatch of the car. We used the drive thru. The staff was super friendly and had great customer service. They even gave our dog a “pup cup”. They got our order right and all the sauces were in the bag. The food was hot and fresh. Recommend to anyone in the area or just passing through.“

“I was very impressed by the employee that took our order thur drive through.Not only was he friendly and polite,he went above and beyond!!He hasn't gotten an order of mozzarella sticks in the bag but was watchful enough to see us park then brought them to our car.He was very nice and I wish I got his name.We were at the palatka store before noon time. I do love to see someone take pride in their work!!“

“WORST TACO BELL EVER!! I CAME THERE JUST BEFORE CLOSING AND 10 MINUTES LEFT!! THEY SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS ON ME!! WOULD NOT SERVE ME EITHER!! AGAINST THE RULES IN CLOSING EARLY!! JUST LAZY YOUNG KIDS JUST WANTED TO BE OUT THE DOOR AT MIDNIGHT!! I GETTING RESTITUTION STILL. U WONT WIN!! I EVEN TOLD THEN AT THE WINDOW AND WANTED TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT N NOT SERVE ME!!“

“I went thru the drive-thru and there was a slight line. When I arrived at the window, the cashier apologized for the wait and I got my food, fresh and hot. She was super sweet and was still working and busting tail, despite the AC being out.“

“The East Palatka Taco Bell is the best one I have ever been in! They’re friendly there and the tacos are well-stuffed, and I have NEVER encountered bad product at this location.
They have always had excellent background music here to add to the atmosphere, and I am so thankful they added the original Tostada back to the menu (it’s December 2024 as I write this), and I’m hoping it stays :-)“
