The staff is very friendly and the dining room area was clean. My order was to-go and was made accurately. I didn't use restroom this time. So I can't comment on the cleanliness of that.
This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in Zaxby's in Palatka. I ordered Wings and Things tossed in sauce. Drove 20 miles to home and had 5 wings, no tenders, no sauce. So disappointed!

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a great dining experience, especially known for its delicious chicken and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the staff's helpfulness, with one employee receiving special praise for her enthusiasm and attentiveness. The restaurant stands out in the fried chicken market, particularly in Palatka, where it competes favorably against options like Chick-fil-A. Despite inflation, prices remain reasonable, and the food is consistently hot. Most diners enjoy the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quick service. However, there was a concern regarding the quality of the egg rolls, as one customer received them cooked in old grease instead of fresh as requested. Overall, Zaxby's is a popular choice for those traveling through the area, with many promising to return.
