It really sucks both Krystals locations closed in St. Augustine. This is the closest one and it's hit or miss. Sometimes the food is fresh and hot. Other times (like today) it is cold and soggy immediately out of the bag. Got a sackful of Krystals with cheese and they had clearly been pre-made as regular krystals, left sitting on the sidelines for a while, and then they added cold slices of cheese to them after I ordered. This location looks fairly new or remodeled. Overall, the food and appearance showed that the employees cared about the presence.However, the staff appeared to have no leadership. They were unorganized and rushing to fulfill orders, but at a turtle pace.The disorganization is hurting this store. It's decent fast food ,Been going since the early 70s.Krystal burgers have always been good !Steamed bun,semi fried onions,on square burger an bun.mustard an pickle.Great classic..Chili is way too salty.Fries are ok hot .All else about average !Still go back to Krystal s !!!
