Terrible experience at the Hardee's in Erwin, N.C. this A.M. Order About $21-$22 worth of food. Person taking the order and some of the others seemed to be totally lost as of what to do. Waited, waited, waited, finally went back to the counter and a customer standing there ask if I was waiting for my food. Surely won’t be eating at another Hardee’s ever. Received your medium cup of soda in the drive thru today. Despite the lid being fully on, no little amount of pressure required to actually hold the cup could have kept the lid on. The soda exploded all over my work clothes (still need to finish my work day as this was my lunch while running errands). I guess you have to have a car in order to place a order there because the dining room is closed no explanation on the door though
