“Was here on a busy Sunday evening. The staff were so polite, let us know it would be a few extra minutes for our order, which was fine by us. There was a distraught customer screaming obscenities at the staff for having to wait (it was clearly busy and the staff were working as hard as they could). The crew remained composed and polite despite the scene. The ice cream is tasty and a delightful splurge. It’s our second time here and we’ll definitely be back!“

“OMG!!! This place is so cute!!! The remodel is looking fantastic with the new seating, sign, and menu. The owners told us that they have some other renovations that they still have left to do. The service is phenomenal, the young ladies working and the owners were all smiles and very helpful. The ice cream is also very tasty. They offer the extra small size which is perfect for my toddlers. Hubby got a strawberry milkshake and my daughter and I both ordered a Carmel sundae with a cherry on top. Today when we came if you told them a "dad joke" you received 10% off your order.“

“We always enjoy getting a box and trying out the flavors. it's a fun and special activity/treat. Cookies are always so soft and large enough to share and still have leftovers.Kid-friendliness: It's dessert, so not much has to be said regarding kid approval, but my son always enjoys trying the cookies“

“Delicious custard. Even if you're not into the flavor of the day, they always have vanilla and chocolate. I had a hot fudge sundae with vanilla and chocolate today and it was so good! My grand nephew had a scoop of cookie monster (I think) and he loved it. He goes all the time. I visit Jax about once a year and take the kids as a treat.Parking: Parking is usually ok, but with several popular restaurants in the same plaza, parking can be scarce at times, like a Friday night.“

“Whits has a new flavor of the day to try everyday. The flavor of the day is usually delicious but if you’re not a fan they also have classic vanilla and chocolate frozen custard that you can choose to top the way you want. They also sell quarts of ice cream with previous “flavor of the day” so if you have something you loved before you maybe able to find it in the freezer. I absolutely love their custard!“

“After being contacted by the company asking if I would give them another try and I did. Have to say that they meant what they said about improving on service and consistency of menu items. I still do not agree with their tipping system. A person is asked at checkout to tip before receiving their menu items. How do you know if your service will be good or if the menu item will be as expected? Lots of places do this but that doesn't make it right. Tipping is for good service. You can't tip for good service if you haven't received it yet. Other than that, I highly recommend you try Whits.“

Getting a treat is supposed to be an uplifting experience.A big plus, they always have coupons so please don’t just throw away the magazines you get in the mail.
