“I genuinely did not expect to love this place this much. I’m usually not even a pizza person, but the Kadai Goat pizza completely changed my mind. It was sooo goatedddd, easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The flavors were incredible and you could actually taste the Indian fusion in every bite. 100/10, no hesitation.

And then the puffs… omg. The bun with butter and jam, the chai, and the FALOODA??? Omggggggg, istg. Every single thing we tried was so good and had that proper Indian flavor that just hits differently. Nothing felt like it was trying too hard to be “Indian fusion” , it genuinely tasted like all the things we grew up loving, just done in such a fun way.

I live in NJ, so yes, this is definitely a trip for me, but would I come all the way here just for this? A BIGGG yes. This is probably one of the best Indian-fusion spots I’ve had in the US, and I already know I’m coming back. Huge credit to the chef Albert because every single thing deserves appreciation.
