Yummy as always!!!!
Crumbl always has really good cakes and brownies, I'm just not a fan of their cookies. The employees are super nice and your order comes up pretty fast once you place it at the kiosk.

Crumbl San Jose is a restaurant where cravings turn into happiness. The cookies and brownies are highly praised, especially the brownie batter cookie, Andes Mint Brownie, and Dubai Chocolate brownie. Some do not care for the cream cheese iced cookies and wish for vanilla icing instead. The app is easy to use and the rewards program is a nice perk. The best cookies in a long time are available, with a great selection including mini versions to try them all. They are reasonably priced. The smell as soon as you walk in is irresistible. The customer service is amazing and incredible. Staff and employees are helpful, generous, and professional. One customer had an issue with a third-party delivery service, but an employee went above and beyond by personally delivering the order. Another employee assisted with a wrong delivery date, ensuring a refund. The store shows care, ownership, and commitment to the customer. Everything is delicious, including cookies and cheesecakes.
