The customer service is amazing and incredible. Staff and employees are helpful, generous, and professional. One customer had an issue with a third-party delivery service, but an employee went above and beyond by personally delivering the order. Another employee assisted with a wrong delivery date, ensuring a refund. The store shows care, ownership, and commitment to the customer. Everything is delicious, including cookies and cheesecakes.
