The best cookies in a long time are available, with a great selection including mini versions to try them all. They are reasonably priced. The smell as soon as you walk in is irresistible. The customer service is amazing and incredible. Staff and employees are helpful, generous, and professional. One customer had an issue with a third-party delivery service, but an employee went above and beyond by personally delivering the order. Another employee assisted with a wrong delivery date, ensuring a refund. The store shows care, ownership, and commitment to the customer. Everything is delicious, including cookies and cheesecakes.
