I love how they are always changing which also gives me something to look forward too when a favorite sweetie is available or waiting for my favorite sweetie to come up on the weekly menu. The whole idea is adorable and not to mention how delicious literally every sweetie they make is. I love surprising my kids with an unexpected trip to pick them up sweeties from Crumble just because I love them. I can’t recommend them enough. I love Crumble“

Them cookies taste like Beyoncé’s vocal cords, a fresh pair of Jordans, the feeling of waking up without an alarm, and a winning lottery ticket all blended into a circle of pure chaos. 😩🙌 It hit my tongue and I swear my taste buds started singing the entire Hamilton soundtrack in reverse. 🎶🏚️

This ain't just dough, fam. This was a Hershey candy bar on top of a cannibal cookie, that done ate all the other cookies, then went straight to CrossFit, drank three Red Bulls, and punched a hole through the fabric of reality. 💪🍪

But once I talked to Haley at the store, she was more than generous and professional, and assisting me to solve the problem and ensuring I’m getting my money back. I rescheduled another delivery and made sure I put it on the right date. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!“

“I loved the gluten free options! Only complaint I have if any, was the wait time was a little strange. Didn’t have many customers (4 total) and I waited over 20 minutes for an Italian bubble sandwich. The crew wasn’t super quick to get things done. The sandwich was good but I feel like the customer service could be worked on.“

“We wanted to do something really special for our housewarming party, and I came across Darla online. From the very first phone call, she made me feel so comfortable and excited about the process. She’s professional, creative, and one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. She came up with such a thoughtful plan for our CakePops and made the whole experience stress-free and fun.

The CakePops were not only delicious but absolutely beautiful - they became such a meaningful part of our celebration. I was secretly hoping we’d have some leftover CakePops the next day, but our guests loved them so much that even though we over-ordered, every single one was gone! That’s how good they were!!

Darla truly went above and beyond, and you can tell she pours her heart into what she does. I even found myself sending her videos of the party the next day because it felt like sharing them with a friend.

Having had vendors let me down in the past, I immediately knew Darla was different - reliable, kind, and full of creative ideas. “Kumo Kumo Dessert Cafe was a 10/10 for us. We stopped in and got the strawberry bingsu, which was fluffy shaved milk ice topped with fresh strawberries, sweet strawberry sauce, condensed milk, yummy tapioca balls, and rice crispies for a little crunch. It was absolutely delicious and so refreshing. We also ordered the Nutella-filled taiyaki, and that was amazing too.

One thing I really liked was the easy self-ordering system on the screen. You can browse photos and prices of the menu items at your own pace, place your order, and pay right there, which made everything super simple and convenient.

Everything we had was excellent, and we will definitely be back. Also worth noting: Kumo Kumo is inside the same restaurant as Bibimbox. We were only there for dessert this time, so we did not try anything from that menu, but it looked delicious.“
