“I'll never forget the first time I went to Crumbl. I was picking up an order for someone and I want sure is I would ever place an order myself. I signed up for the birthday club to check them out. Every single cookie I've had since had been AMAZING! The selection that rises above the rest is definitely the Dubai brownie! I never had one previous. I'm completely hooked now! What a wonderful flavor and texture experience! I was they had that one now often. I highly recommend Crumbl! To notch flavors in all their products. When you factor what goes into every dessert the price makes sense.“

But once I talked to Haley at the store, she was more than generous and professional, and assisting me to solve the problem and ensuring I’m getting my money back. I rescheduled another delivery and made sure I put it on the right date. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!“

“I loved the gluten free options! Only complaint I have if any, was the wait time was a little strange. Didn’t have many customers (4 total) and I waited over 20 minutes for an Italian bubble sandwich. The crew wasn’t super quick to get things done. The sandwich was good but I feel like the customer service could be worked on.“

“The Smash Burger!😋Tried Mochi Cafe’s Smash Burger on a croissant bun and I’m still thinking about it. The croissant is buttery and lightly crisp on the outside, soft and pillowy inside. The smash patty has those perfect crispy edges with a juicy center, and the melted cheese pulls it all together without stealing the spotlight. The combo is rich, indulgent, and somehow still balanced. This is not your basic burger. It’s comfort food with flair. “I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this location with a buddy of mine nearly 2 months ago back in December. The cookies are fresh, warm, and straight out of the oven with a melt-in-your-mouth feel. Try the confetti cookie and you’ll get what I mean.

Staff is pretty chill and maintain fast service. Not to mention that they stay open well after late hours, perfect for when you’re in downtown and wanting to get your hands on some munchies. Overall, I’ll definitely be stopping by here again next time I’m up north.“

“We wanted to do something really special for our housewarming party, and I came across Darla online. From the very first phone call, she made me feel so comfortable and excited about the process. She’s professional, creative, and one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. She came up with such a thoughtful plan for our CakePops and made the whole experience stress-free and fun.

The CakePops were not only delicious but absolutely beautiful - they became such a meaningful part of our celebration. I was secretly hoping we’d have some leftover CakePops the next day, but our guests loved them so much that even though we over-ordered, every single one was gone! That’s how good they were!!

Darla truly went above and beyond, and you can tell she pours her heart into what she does. I even found myself sending her videos of the party the next day because it felt like sharing them with a friend.

“Kumo Kumo Dessert Cafe was a 10/10 for us. We stopped in and got the strawberry bingsu, which was fluffy shaved milk ice topped with fresh strawberries, sweet strawberry sauce, condensed milk, yummy tapioca balls, and rice crispies for a little crunch. It was absolutely delicious and so refreshing. We also ordered the Nutella-filled taiyaki, and that was amazing too.

One thing I really liked was the easy self-ordering system on the screen. You can browse photos and prices of the menu items at your own pace, place your order, and pay right there, which made everything super simple and convenient.

Everything we had was excellent, and we will definitely be back. Also worth noting: Kumo Kumo is inside the same restaurant as Bibimbox. We were only there for dessert this time, so we did not try anything from that menu, but it looked delicious.“
