My family has used Mister Softee on several occasions. I booked them for my daughter’s first birthday party, confirming on Monday they were all set. When it’s time for them to arrive, they are no where to be found and their phone is going straight to voicemail. They then proceed to text me like they had no clue what I was talking about and didn’t even apologize. I can not shout this ice cream truck out enough!!! This whole experience took me back to my childhood of being excited, running to grab some money and picking out what ice cream flavors we wanted, except this time I witnessed it through my children! :) and the sweet lady who was serving my children their ice cream even reminded me to capture the moment of her handing them their first ice cream cones from an ice cream truck!! Such a beautiful wholesome experience

Mister Softee Northeast Florida is an amazing ice cream store that brings customers back to their childhood, with a taste just as good as it was then. The shop is a great new clean friendly place in a new strip mall with only a single entrance, so you need to keep your eyes peeled for it. The ice cream variety is excellent, with delicious items like a chimney cone and an affogato, which is fun to see melting in an espresso. The staff provides awesome customer service and the owners keep the shop clean and presentable. Their ice cream cake is great and much better than a Carvel cake. Many customers report they will definitely be returning again and again and highly recommend this great little spot.
