Service was so pleasant!
I Will Go Back!!
First time ever coming to this location , and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was. It was 30 min till closing, when we walked in there was about 10 people all together ordering before us. The employees were nothing but kind and although I’m sure they were exhausted from all the day’s work, they still attended everyone with a smile on their faces. Not to mention how clean this cold stone location was!. Thank you!

Cold Stone Creamery offers great ice cream and service. The outdoor seating area, however, is in need of attention, with missing chairs and unclean floors. The staff, including Jenni and Renate, provide excellent service, efficiently preparing orders and catering to large groups, including children. Cindy and Avery are also praised for their kindness and A+ customer service, creating a welcoming environment. The salted caramel cheesecake remains a popular favorite, and the milkshakes are delicious. While service can be slow during busy times due to limited staff, the team works hard to keep customers happy, making it a favorite spot for families and those looking for a nice dessert after a long day.
