We have ordered three times and the food has been consistently great! Fast delivery as well!
Not only do they have amazing food but they care about the people not only the money. I came to buy the food but forgot my money and they were willing to give me the food so I don’t have to drive back and sue has to pay for it and allow me to pay whne I get home over the phone. People like this are rare, therefore this place will be my go to from now on. You guys are amazing, I told you that whne I was there many times and I will keep on saying it Elane and Kayana.
Update- come to find out what I was given was sweet and sour pork instead of what I had ordered. I did not care for it at all.
We have gotten carry out at China One for 15 years. It’s our Chinese dinner go to spot. Today was off in several ways. Not sure if there are new owners or new cooks or what.
Although I arrived timely, I had to wait 10 extra minutes for our order. No biggie, but still. Usually when we arrive it is there waiting on me.

China 1 is a highly recommended restaurant that serves great food with friendly staff. While there may be occasional delays, the staff takes great care of customers and ensures orders are accurate. The restaurant is known for its consistent quality and allows for substitutions and extra items, customizing orders if you want things spicier or with more curry. With great pricing, China 1 is a popular spot for pickup orders that are always timely, offering the best Chinese takeout in the Julington Creek and Fruit Cove area. The sweet and sour sauce is the best many have had, and the flavors keep customers coming back. Overall, it's a top choice for Chinese food in the St. John's area.
