“I'm not one to complain about things..I used to work at dunkin for 2 years..I normally stop on my way home to get an iced coffee an bacon egg and cheese on a croissant.. 6 out of 10 times I get the maple bacon or the pepper bacon instead of regular bacon, the first 2 I do not like..i get its busy and people are training and mistakes happen.. but its annoying.. I have to take the bacon off my sandwich and eat it that way...its happened at 2 stores I frequent..“

I can sit and do my work it is peculiarly peaceful my main office is located at the salem centre but they close so early so i just go across the parking lot and finish my work in a clean friendly and professional setting,,I own a small business and am often hungry tired and just ready to wind down but my work isn’t always Done . I don’t have to panick anymore about that thanks to this place ., The managers are always smiling and are very attentive..I get a bagel and a coffee and sometimes donuts and they are prepped perfectly every time..The matcha Tea is better then starbucks which is over priced and it actually gives me some enetgy .,the whole staff treats each other like family which says alot for people working together in a space for many hours at a time 😊I just wanted to give this location its flowers i’ll be going there today to get some piece and to finish a lil work

“I don’t know why I go to Dunkin, I feel like every time I go to some Dunkin locations there is a legendary 50/50 chance for having a good experience. Sometimes depending on who’s working the chance for a not so great coffee increases.
That doesn’t happen at this Dunkin. Without a doubt the staff here always makes my order top tier. Which is why I’m shocked at the location having a 3.8! I have never had a bad interaction.
Before my promotion I would travel to different sites for my job and yeah there might have been a Dunkin or Starbucks right next door, but I always found myself placing my mobile order for this one.
I don’t know if they remembered my name and recognized it when it popped up but the way they spoke to me through their crunchy intercom system it made me feel like they did. I have a bad habit of being habitual and only doing the same thing over and over again, which is something I work on daily but stopping at this Dunkin opposed to the one 5 minutes from my house is a habit I don’t want to break.
Everyone at this location deserves a raise and a vacation.
If you ever feel like your Dunkin location is giving you that 50/50 chance of a bad coffee day, go to this one on Park Ave it will be worth it!“

“this DD is the best customer service - I went to the one on Wells rd yesterday and did not have a good experience - I went into this store#1 and told a nice young lady named Lexi what happened, she listened and said she would relay the info to the mgr - she then asked for my order and filled both requests and did not charge me - she said she wanted to make up for the bad experience I had yesterday - thank you, Lexi for excellent customer service - this store never disappoints.
