“Yes, I recommend Shipley Do-Nuts in Jacksonville. Their service has always been solid, and the place carries a bit of personal meaning for me. My daughter’s birthday was coming up, and on that same day my wife and I had parted ways. It was a tough moment, but I remember stopping by Shipley Do-Nuts, and the small kindness from the staff and the simple comfort of good food helped more than they probably realized. So yes good people, good service, and a place I appreciate.“

“The girls here are working very hard as I sit here and watch while eating my bagel. I could not leave a tip because I did not have cash on me. The owner of this Franchise needs to have card machines that allow you to leave a tip. These girls deserve tips and are working hard to make ends meet!! Thanks“

“Despite what some may post, I’ve been coming here for well over 10 years, and I’ve never seen it better than it is now under Cebrina’s management. The coffee, food, and staff are truly the best they’ve ever been. The space is consistently clean, welcoming, and well-maintained—I’ve never experienced any pest issues or anything that made me uncomfortable. Highly recommend!“

“Emily is genuinely one of the sweetest employees at this Dunkin. Every time I come in she’s kind, patient, and always has such a positive attitude.
