“I ordered 10 doughnut holes. I was charged $3.99. In MN at Dunkin' 10 doughnut holes are 10 cents a piece...$1.00. I questioned the charge and was told that they are 35 cents a piece. Isn't 35 × 10 = $3.50. It was definitely a rip off. When I first approached the counter...no one came to wait on me. I left the store & came back in later. I will not be bringing my business to this establishment. The staff was too busy in the back & the prices were too high for what you got. I spent a total of $7.46. I also bought two doughnuts.“
“This is my go to place since I can't stand going to the McDonalds on 100 and old kings that can't get my daily order of hot coffee straight even though I order it the same exact eat way every single morning. The coffee is good well worth the long line don't worry it moves quickly. The donuts and other treats are always fresh and tasty. They say thank you here unlike the other Dunks on the other side of town which has never said thank you ever since the day they opened. It always seems clean inside. The coffee is always fresh and not burnt tasting. I think you will like it.“
“I go to this Dunkin about twice a week. I always do mobile orders to pick up inside, as I'm usually grabbing a coffee or chai latte on my way to work. The drive thru line can be busy most mornings, so picking up a mobile order inside is the way to go!Every so often I'll have a drink that was made wrong, though I've only ever had it happen when I can see they're particularly busy. The manager, Gary, is always a dear and gets corrections made for me whenever they're needed.Anytime I have had a drink that was wrong, it's usually a frozen chocolate or a hot chai that are made as coffee instead. The only time it's really inconvenient is with the frozen chocolate, as I always order them for my sister, who is allergic to coffee.The employees have never been rude or kicked up a fuss about correcting an order for me, and I love being able to slip in, grab my drink and go.Parking: Plenty of spots, but the parking lot can be busy when customers decide to go the wrong way in the one-way lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Decent accessibility to the sidewalk near the doors but there aren't many wheelchair options for actually entering the building. Automated open doors would be a good next step to increasing accessibility. Also only one actual handicapped parking spot.“
“I don't always eat donuts, but when I do, they are on this level. Recently popped in for a coffee and was tempted by a "batter together" donut. The dough was fresh and recent. It had a heavy feel to it and I'm glad I didn't order 2. They are a bit more than your chain-style donuts but the price is understood when you try the quality. Now I'm tempted to go back and get more.“
