“I ordered a cake online and at pickup it was wrong. Long story short, The manager on duty was of little to no help but the associate working, Michael, went above and beyond to rectify the issue so that my daughter could have her birthday cake for her party. They were understanding, super nice and professional throughout even though they were also helping other customers. And the cake was delicious. Thank you Micheal for taking the extra step!“
