Long story short, The manager on duty was of little to no help but the associate working, Michael, went above and beyond to rectify the issue so that my daughter could have her birthday cake for her party. They were understanding, super nice and professional throughout even though they were also helping other customers. And the cake was delicious. Thank you Micheal for taking the extra step!“

“I have been going to this location for years! They always treat me so nice , service with a smile and they always know my order but still always ask me if I would like anything else. They always assure that I still want the same flavor as always. This is by far my favorite Dunkin. Literally when I use to go out of town to other Dunkin’s before I leave , I had to ask this location Dunkin how they make my coffee so when I go to other Dunkin’s it still tastes the same cause honestly they just always make my coffee so perfectly I never bothered to ask until I was at another location out of town and all I know was butter pecan flavor, no cream and whip cream instead. They were like how many pumps of butter pecan I had no idea! Lol just wanted to give this location Dunkin a GREAT review! They definitely deserve it and more thank you to the Yulee Dunkin team u guys ROCK!!Kid-friendliness: They are friendly to all even my dog .
