Just got the worst bagel from this location. Maybe there is a cream cheese shortage I'm not aware of? My bagel barely had the essence of cream cheese on it. Super disappointing- I ended up giving it to the dog (he liked it). Come on D&D - do better!!!
Food was good even though they messed up on hubby biscuit and made it a croissant. Everything else was right and it was eaten? We ordered 3 sausage, egg and cheese croissants. 1 supposed to be sausage and cheese biscuit, but ended up on a croissant. Also had 4 orders of tater tots and drinks. Even though it was a bit backed up the service was fast, the food was fresh, hot and hit the spot ? Best of all we got good food and didn't break the bank.

Well finally I have decided not to go Jacksonville Dunkin at all anymore. Is that happening to me only or with everyone else too. 100 out of 100 times getting my drinks wrong. It’s sad that Dunkin corporation doesn’t care at all. Management and employees want to make money without working hard or paying attention to customers service.
