Our sandwiches were made great, but the hospitality and customer service was entirely subpar. My husband asked for a bag behind the sandwich counter, which were clearly next to the two ladies and they told him to grab one near the checkout counter. I go to this wawa for convenience, this happened at 2 am. Its unacceptable and they should be reprimanded.
This brand new store is completely understaffed. If there's a situation where a company is understaffed, it's important for the manager's to be in the house of the building handling the business that they're everyday employees aren't able to do. This is a packed brand new building that has people that almost every gas pump and they can't get good service because there's no employees. That's bad management and I think it should be addressed. i get their smoothies all the time bc they're better than tropical smoothie and the other smoothie place that my best friend goes to lol my personal opinion of course but hands down wawa has the best smoothies ever made!
