BE AWARE: This WaWa is TERRIBLE. We ordered our food and a drink and the machine printed out an old ticket. When we proceeded to go pay, we used the self checkout by the front of the store which printed out TWO BLANK RECEIPTS. When we never got our drink. I politely spoke to the employee about what may be wrong and I had told her that the ticket displayed misinformation and she spoke to me as if I was ignorant or something like I don’t know the difference between a milkshake and a smoothie, when I KNOW what I pressed and I SAW the kiosk print the order we were given and all I was asking was why my ticket was wrong and that I was sorry I couldn’t prove with a receipt that I just paid because the self check out printed out blank. I could prove in my banking app that I just paid if needed because it has a time stamp. Firstly, it doesn’t matter if I ordered a milkshake or smoothie, my order still wasn’t printed correctly, displaying an order number and time that already passed TWO HOURS before I even got there. Secondly, I know I chose SMOOTHIE because I went to a different Wawa YESTERDAY and wanted the same thing TODAY, I would like to believe I’m not that careless, smoothie and milkshake aren’t even in the same category on the kiosk anyways. Also being told that I may have picked up someone else’s old order left in the machine instead of getting mine. That order was from 8 and I came around 10, you mean to tell me you had NO CUSTOMERS use that kiosk in between those times? I WATCHED it print. Also, you have to pay first before you even can get your order served to you so it’s still proceeding to make zero sense. I wasn’t even complaining, just asking a question and the young lady really spoke to me as if I was crazy, I wasn’t trying to be difficult. They literally Made the smoothie we asked for and nobody came to pick it up, we stood there and watched people getting served that came after us as it sat there, that’s what prompted me to ask. I didn’t just want to walk up and take it, but it took a turn. I don’t believe this is a good location yet. Hopefully they’ll improve.

i get their smoothies all the time bc they're better than tropical smoothie and the other smoothie place that my best friend goes to lol my personal opinion of course but hands down wawa has the best smoothies ever made!

I agree with the 1 star rating when doing a search for this location. The Wawa corp should be ashamed of this spot. Terrible management, food, staff, customer service, etc etc. Very bad for the brand. Edit: I forgot to add....opt to print out your receipt if you decide to pay using one of the self-serving kiosks . This establishment will use police (official JPD) to approach and intimidate you AFTER making the purchase. You have been warned!!!

I ordered 2 drinks now everytime I order drinks they NEVER send them so we had to order again only the drinks in hopes it’d be fine now we made this order 30 plus minutes after the first one and we get the order the drinks are nasty completely unfrozen and watered down we notice the tags are doubled up we peel the sticker back just to see these are the drinks they made us this morning relabeled. Are you so fuxking fr rn? Like you served that?? Goodbye.

Our sandwiches were made great, but the hospitality and customer service was entirely subpar. My husband asked for a bag behind the sandwich counter, which were clearly next to the two ladies and they told him to grab one near the checkout counter. I go to this wawa for convenience, this happened at 2 am. Its unacceptable and they should be reprimanded.
