I went to Starbucks today and the barista asked me about my day. I told her I was getting ready to pick up my 8 year old from her first day at a new school and that I hoped it was a great day because she was nervous about switching in the middle of the year. I usually don't post negative thoughts about businesses because we all have 'Off' days. But this experience needs training. I was waiting for my drink to be made. I watch two females go to the counter and get their drinks and walk away and was almost at the door when the guy comes from around the counter behind them and tells them he'd handed one of them the incorrect drink and handed her the one he had and he took the one she had. This is more or less my regular Starbucks stop. Excellent customer service, specifically I would like to give a shout out to the barista’s Shane and Dacia, they are awesome! Both have a very friendly way in which they interact with the customers, pretty much in any and all circumstances and are both very good at their jobs. Coffee and food are good. Very busy store but it doesn’t affect how good the experience is.
