I went to Starbucks last week and the barista asked me about my day. I told her I was getting ready to pick up my 8 year old from her first day at a new school and that I hoped it was a great day because she was nervous about switching in the middle of the year. She came back with my drink and a free cake pop with a sweet note she wrote on the bag that said “I hope you had a good day at school!” to give to my daughter when I picked her up! I don’t go to Starbucks often but when I did I had a bad day and asked the person to make me a drink that would make me feel better… they did just that! Customer service was remarkable and the drink was fantastic! I hope they knew how greatful I was! It also was a matcha frappe y’all are amazing!!
