The staff at my local Smoothie King make all the difference!! They're not only helpful but friendly. I really depend on that! I not only get a wonderful filling smoothie every Friday but I also get to see the same friendly people whom I've started saying hello to by name. It's so incredibly healing on many levels! “No one wants to be up and on the road at 5:30am for work. The one thing that gives me comfort and makes it almost bearable is that 7 Brew opens at 5:30am. The staff are always pleasant, even that early in the morning. In a time when customer service is not what it used to be, the staff at the Middleburg 7 Brew, shine. I come through every morning at the same time Mon-Fri. And on Sat and Sun my wife and I come together. We're obviously spending way too much on coffee but we love the coffee and the people. The one employee that I believe deserves special recognition is Alicia. She's normally an opener and her dedication to her job is something to be admired. I noticed on the window, the employees getting 5 star reviews and then noticed her name was not on the list. An absolute injustice if you ask me. I order the same drink every day and Im thrilled when I see she's the one making it. She makes it perfect every time. I don't take the time to write many reviews online. But when I asked her if her name was on the window, she said it wasn't. Her name not being on the window is absolutely no reflection of the service she provides and is missing solely because folks like me rarely take the time to leave a good review. I wasn't sure about this coffee shop when it opened, with the young staff and the loud music. But the coffee and the staff have definitely grown on me. Thank you 7 Brew and thank you Alicia.“

The establishment is very clean and the workers are very friendly Spanish is the first language here and originality is the second. We tried all the meat options except for the Chorizo and Tilapia. All the meats were tender and seasoned amazingly. I can't wait for them to come back to my neighborhood! Today I was told they can’t substitute anything for sugar like they have been for months and must charge me for each supplement. I don’t care about the money it’s the principle. Daily for months. And this is how the new management is caring for the customer. Thanks for listening. adding on... today I went in and now that won't sub ANYTHING for fruit. mind you I'm not getting the ingredient so I'm paying for nothing. a $7 smoothie is now $9 - anyway I walked out this morning and I'm pretty sure I heard a Don't come back. I'm so done. since they changed mgmt a few weeks ago it's going downhill.“
