“I give this store 4 stars. I have been to this Tropical Smoothie twice. The first time I got excellent service. The second time I placed an order on-line and they made an incorrect smoothie & tried to tell me that is what I ordered, but told them it wasn't & showed them the order on my phone. It took them them two more tries before they got it right.“

“No one wants to be up and on the road at 5:30am for work. The one thing that gives me comfort and makes it almost bearable is that 7 Brew opens at 5:30am. The staff are always pleasant, even that early in the morning. In a time when customer service is not what it used to be, the staff at the Middleburg 7 Brew, shine. I come through every morning at the same time Mon-Fri. And on Sat and Sun my wife and I come together. We're obviously spending way too much on coffee but we love the coffee and the people. The one employee that I believe deserves special recognition is Alicia. She's normally an opener and her dedication to her job is something to be admired. I noticed on the window, the employees getting 5 star reviews and then noticed her name was not on the list. An absolute injustice if you ask me. I order the same drink every day and Im thrilled when I see she's the one making it. She makes it perfect every time. I don't take the time to write many reviews online. But when I asked her if her name was on the window, she said it wasn't. Her name not being on the window is absolutely no reflection of the service she provides and is missing solely because folks like me rarely take the time to leave a good review. I can order in store but it’s not even on the store menu or app, come on,show some customer service for once. I’ve mentioned this in store a couple times but it falls upon deaf ears.“
