My wife and I went through the drive thru and I asked if they still make a grande strawberry and cream Frappuccino. They said yes so I ordered it, asking for whipped cream. They asked if I wanted a strawberry acai refresher. Then asked if I wanted a Strawberry lemonade. I kept asking for the strawberry and cream Frappuccino, confused at the suggestions of other drinks. I would love to give a good review, but I cannot. Workers are friendly enough....went through the drive-thru about an hour ago and ordered coffee WITH cream. The receipt shows CREAM...but NO CREAM in my coffee! Too late to go back when you are miles down the road. Pay attention to detail please!

Service is phenomenal, with baristas showing customers how to find things on the app without making them feel difficult. One customer received first class service when a barista delivered food and beverages to the table with a warm smile, which was unexpected. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the store is always clean, well-stocked, and supplied. The manager is a notch above other stores, and the location provides excellent customer service. Customers become regulars and customers for life, praising the wonderful experiences and the welcoming, attentive staff.
