Starbucks in St. Augustine

“There is not enough Stars for the Starbucks on State Road 16 in St Augustine Florida I think there needs to be an option to add more stars because their customer service was phenomenal I'm talking about I felt a good Hospitality this is serious and her service not just hers every lady that was in that store came across with excellent quality and customer service so I told the lady I think I know what I want but I don't I want a coffee with a lots of espresso and with flavor and she recommended me the new brown sugar oats shaking espresso delicious that lady knows her business great job thank you all I knew is I wanted coffee“

“This became our daily go-to while we were in town, just like Starbucks is for us at home! Our drinks were always ready, and we were always greeted by friendly faces. It was usually pretty busy, but the team handled it with ease and never made it feel chaotic.

One thing I especially loved was the community feel. A lot of the customers seemed to be locals, and you’d see them chatting and catching up with the baristas while they waited. It gave this location such a welcoming, neighborhood feel. Great service, friendly people, and a really nice atmosphere — we enjoyed coming in every day! ☕❤“

“I have been going to this Starbucks since moving to stagustine it has never disappointed me but I do have some ideas, add more table because on weekdays when I got to do work I have to do it on a tiny little table with no room for my laptop drink and notebook,next is to add more outlets for people who work their. Other than those things I think this Starbucks is amazing I saw a few reviews that said that Starbucks wouldn’t offer a refund or change the drink I have never had a problem with that“
