“The entirety of 2025 I was building the Publix next door and they were my Caffine providing saving grace almost every day they’re the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to and the staff is amazing and Allison is an awesome manager she keeps the place upbeat and running smoothly“

“I have been going to this Starbucks since moving to stagustine it has never disappointed me but I do have some ideas, add more table because on weekdays when I got to do work I have to do it on a tiny little table with no room for my laptop drink and notebook,next is to add more outlets for people who work their. Other than those things I think this Starbucks is amazing I saw a few reviews that said that Starbucks wouldn’t offer a refund or change the drink I have never had a problem with that“
“I’ve had a rough week, and you can tell when the baristas ask how you’re doing, they really mean it. It’s not just part of their job. They were so sweet, and even threw in a cake pop and told me they hope my day gets better. I may or may not have actually cried over that small act of kindness. Thank you!“

“Every interaction I’ve had with the staff at this location has been positive — they are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I know this Starbucks location has also been such a wonderful supporter of local elementary schools through fundraisers and teacher appreciation events. A huge thanks for all this staff does!“
“There is not enough Stars for the Starbucks on State Road 16 in St Augustine Florida I think there needs to be an option to add more stars because their customer service was phenomenal I'm talking about I felt a good Hospitality this is serious and her service not just hers every lady that was in that store came across with excellent quality and customer service so I told the lady I think I know what I want but I don't I want a coffee with a lots of espresso and with flavor and she recommended me the new brown sugar oats shaking espresso delicious that lady knows her business great job thank you all I knew is I wanted coffee“
