Starbucks in Saint Johns

“I stopped by this Starbucks, because my car is in the shop and I needed a place within walking distance (.9 miles) and wanted a place I could sit down in and enjoy my matcha latte. The facility is very nice and the batistas are very hospitable. But what was most heart-warming was when I witnessed one of the baristas sign with a hearing impaired customer to resolve a problem. The batista was professional and extremely nice, admitting that she had made the error and helping to fulfill the customer's needs. I am sure that there are many times that hearing impaired customers feel invisible. But, I am sure that this customer felt seen today. I want to thank that barista again for making my day and showing that there are people out there who still care.“

“An absolute delight every time I stop in. All of the staff are so kind and accommodating. They whip up delightful drinks every single time, even when there are challenging or complicated requests. I have to give special shoutout to Julianna too. When I met her we chatted like we were already besties waiting for my order. Whomever can call her friend is hekking lucky! I'd love to do the same, but of course it's a weird dynamic in customer service to seek any sort of relational escalation (this is for you 'nice guys' and 'bralpha bros' especially) but all in all this is my absolute favorite starbucks and everyone here deserves like massive raises! Get on it, store manager! You've got an exceptional crew here, make sure they know you appreciate them!!“

“I really love this location and come back time and time again for Stephanie. She is amazing at her job and I adore seeing her everytime I come through. She's so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and it's always so great chatting with her if we're able. My coffee is consistently 10/10 and her sweet words make my day.“
