Tonight, Gainesville Bonefish Grill put on a wine and food pairing event, it was very, very very good, they did an excellent job, there were a few bubbles, but having been in the restaurant business before these are unavoidable. The wine was good not spectacular, but enjoyable, the food was delicious but for this 85-year-old appetite way too much food. We tried Bonefish for the first time last weekend and it was amazing. We're newer to FL, moved from Rhode Island and it was so refreshing to finally find the same quality seafood we were used to back home. Our waiter was professional, personable, attentive, and very well informed about the menu. This place was easily one of the top places we've eaten since we moved here. We will definitely be back.
